Yoga for Tennis Players

Join Sarah Bond for a one hour strength & stretch class to help with balance and flexibility to reduce injury. Emphasis will be on the feet, shins, calves, achilles (lower body) and the fingers, hands, wrists and forearms, (upper body) and everything in between - (core throughout). All levels of tennis and yoga are welcome!
